
meet Ingrid
Hi, I'm Ingrid! (the i in i pilates) I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. I have worked in corporate wellness, commercial fitness centers, and in private studios. Owning my own studio is a dream come true!
My love of Pilates grew out of not really enjoying it. I taught mat classes for many years and didn’t really put all of my training together until I started working on the reformer and developing a deeper understanding of the body, how it works and applying it to daily functioning. Thus teaching movement in a different way.
I am a comprehensive Balanced Body Pilates instructor. I am also a nationally certified instructor with the National Pilates Certification Program. I am an A.C.E Personal Trainer, an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, in addition to several other certifications.

what is pilates?
Pie and lattes?! Pilates is an exercise modality that was created by Joseph Pilates. It strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and improves overall health. Pilates can be done on a mat on the floor or on specially designed equipment.
